I believe that everyone is doing the best they can at any given moment. If one’s best is not meeting certain standards or ideals (whether those of someone else or their own), maybe there’s a reason for that. We all experience low moments in life; situations arise that we did not expect, and it can take time and energy to process what’s going on. I am here to help with that process in a safe, judgment-free space.
We owe it to ourselves and to our loved ones to find healing from our wounds so that we can be our best selves. Our wounds might be recurring, new, deep, hidden, multi-faceted, self-inflicted, and/or anything else. We are all worthy of healing and discovering the vibrance of life once again.
Diagnoses are simply a series of specific symptoms. “I check the right boxes...or I don’t.” What about those who exhibit some symptoms, but not “enough” for a diagnosis? Is anyone less worthy of help than another? Therapy is not only reserved for those who meet specific criteria. We all benefit from therapy. I only offer a diagnosis if a client requires one for necessary paperwork. I am far more concerned with helping my clients thrive rather than survive; a diagnosis is not necessary for this mission.
What’s getting in the way of your transformation from surviving ➡ thriving? Thoughts? Daily habits? Schedule? Endless To-Do lists? I’m here to help. Of course, life is a series of ups and downs. None of us is *always* thriving. We can develop tools and strategies to help ourselves not be so whiplashed by those downs, and we can invest ourselves into those ups to help us find more joy in our lives! Do you or someone you love need to thrive rather than survive?
